I have no credentials in the law, or congressional proceedings, never the less. I do not understand why Jack Smith submitted to the demand of congress and testified before a closed hearing.
He had previously said that he would gladly testify in an open hearing, but congress refused. to me that is grounds for Jack Smith to be adamant and say I will only testify in the open. so why did he fold.
In fact he could insist on testifyiing in congress, all he would need is sponsors.
