Everyday I get emails with video's, mostly from Bulwark or Joyce Vance, and I delete them unread. I will not delete yours but fast forward to get to the meat.
Allow me to say this about Jasmine Crockett, I have been a major fan, lots of hope for her, but it all dissipated when she said, Trump want us to be agricultural labors, but we ain;'t picking cotton anymore. I agree with her comment and sentiment, but the way she said it was inartful, it made me wince, waiting for the sucker punch from the right.
Though she spoke a truth, long over due, it was politically tone deaf and counter productive
In reality Trump's policies and actions, have resulted in a shortage of agriculture and slaughterhouse workers, and increase in unemployment in the red states among white folk, they would be the requisite field hands needed to keep food on the table.
It would be better if such statement were made by white voices and prominent ones as well, those that aren't in politics.
